Interview
A direct one on one conversation used to gather detailed qualitative information from a customer.
Often Confused With
- Focus Group
- An interview talks to one person at a time; a focus group runs a discussion among several at once.
- Survey
- A survey asks many people the same fixed questions; an interview asks one person questions that follow the answers.
